Bright salmon pink. This Sparkling Rosé, produced in the style of a Satèn, shows a very fine perlage that rises in the glass for a long time. Fresh aromas of citrus, vineyard peach, rose hip and strawberries on the nose, along with brioche notes from long yeast aging. The animating, fresh acidity and the fine mousseux create a perfect balance. The Brut style ensures juiciness and drinkability. Although sparkling wines are usually drunk as an aperitif, this red-berry rosé sparkling wine is ideal with fruity desserts that are not too sweet. Of course it is also suitable for special occasions such as birthday parties or weddings.
